Course Reports
Creators can view a report for each course in their program to see how many students have access to the course, student progress through the course, orders tied to that course, and revenue generated by the course.
The report view for a course can be found near the top right of a course page, just under the right side of the course cover image.

For creators who sell courses separately versus selling a membership, the course reports page gives good insight into how much revenue a particular course is generating for you, as well as how many students are enrolled in it. If you want to monitor student progress through a specific course rather than your entire program, the course reports page in combination with the content access tab can help you understand an individual student's progress through a given course.
If you want to monitor student progress through a specific course instead of your entire program, the course reports page combined with the content access area can help you understand an individual student’s progress through that course.
The main course report includes summary metrics such as total students with access, recent purchases, recent revenue, total revenue, a student progress list, and an orders table with direct links to invoices.
Exporting course report data
At the top of the course reports page, you can export report data in a few different ways.
- Export Students as CSV gives you the standard student export for that course.
- Advanced Reports CSV is available on the Academy plan and provides a more detailed CSV export with additional reporting data.
- Bulk Student Report PDFs is available on the Academy plan and lets you request PDF reports for all students in that course for a selected month and year.
Bulk student PDF exports are generated in the background and emailed to you when they are ready. Depending on how many students are included, you may receive one or more ZIP files containing a separate PDF report for each student.

Individual student PDF reports
In the student progress section of the course report, Academy plan creators will also see a PDF button for each student. This lets you request a PDF report for that individual student without exporting the whole course.
These PDF reports are useful when you want to review or share a student’s progress in a printable format.

Invoices and receipt PDFs from course reports
The orders table on the course reports page includes links to View Invoice for each order. Creators can also download the student’s receipt PDF directly from the Download button shown next to eligible orders.

Reports for offers and digital products
Similar reporting tools are also available for offers and digital products. Those report pages include the same general export options, invoice links, and Academy plan reporting upgrades for advanced CSV exports and student PDF reports.
NOTE: If you are testing a course with lessons in draft mode, completed draft lessons will not count toward progress.
