Senja Integration

Heights Platform now integrates with Senja so you can showcase customer testimonials on your public web pages without touching any code. This guide walks you through enabling the integration and adding a Senja widget to a page using the Web Page Builder.

What you can do with the Senja integration

  • Enable Senja at the account level so required scripts load automatically.
  • Pick any of your Senja testimonial widgets via a built‑in picker.
  • Embed the selected widget on your Heights web pages via a simple drag‑and‑drop block.
  • Add multiple widgets on a page if you wish.

Step 1: Enable the Senja integration

  1. In Heights, go to Account Settings › Integrations.
  2. Click Senja.
  3. Check “Enable Senja Integration,” then click Update Integration to save.

Once enabled, Heights will automatically load Senja’s scripts on your public web pages and inside the page editor. You do not need to paste any custom code.

Step 2: Add a Senja widget to a web page

  1. Open your desired web page in the Web Page Builder.
  2. Open the Blocks panel and search for “Senja,” then drag the Senja block onto your page where you want your testimonials to appear.
  3. Click the Senja block you just added.
  4. A Senja modal will appear. Sign in to Senja if prompted, choose your testimonial widget, and confirm your selection.
  5. The block will store your chosen widget and render it in the editor and on the live page.
  6. Save your page. Publish if you want it visible to visitors.

If you have multiple pages or sections that need testimonials, simply repeat the process and pick the appropriate widget for each Senja block.

Editing or removing a Senja widget

  • To change the widget: select the Senja block on the canvas, open the Senja Picker again, and choose a different widget.
  • To remove the widget: select the Senja block and use the trash icon or the delete key on your keyboard to delete it from the page.

Disabling the Senja Integration

You can turn off Senja any time from Settings › Integrations › Senja by unchecking “Enable Senja Integration” and saving. Disabling removes Senja’s scripts from your pages. If you plan to disable it permanently, remove any Senja blocks from your pages to avoid empty placeholders.

Tips

  • Use multiple Senja blocks to showcase different testimonial widgets on the same page (e.g., text quotes in one section and video testimonials in another).
  • Place the block in a section that complements your design (e.g., near a pricing or “Get Started” call‑to‑action).

Troubleshooting

  • The picker doesn’t open: Ensure the Senja integration is enabled in Settings › Integrations and that your browser isn’t blocking pop‑ups.
  • Prompted to log in to Senja: This is expected. Log in to your Senja account so the picker can access your widgets.
  • Widget not loading on the live page: Make sure you’ve saved (and published, if applicable). Confirm the Senja integration is still enabled. Check that your widget is active/public in Senja. Try a different browser or disable ad/script blockers.

Adding Senja Testimonials or Forms to Lessons

It is also possible to add Senja testimonials and forms inside your lesson content directly by copying the embed code you want to use from Senja and then clicking "embed" in your lesson editor toolbar to paste it into your lesson.

Senja FAQ

Do I need to paste any scripts or code?
No. Heights loads Senja’s scripts automatically when you enable the integration.

Will disabling the integration remove my widgets?
Disabling stops Senja scripts from loading, which prevents widgets from rendering. Re‑enable the integration to show them again. To permanently remove testimonials, delete the Senja blocks from your pages.

Does the Senja integration work on all page themes?
Yes. The Senja block is compatible with the Web Page Builder across page themes.
