Heights Platform Service Status
If you or your students have trouble accessing the site, please check our status page first for any known service issues:

We use a third-party monitoring service to track platform availability and alert creators to service issues worldwide.
To maintain transparency, the status page may record brief periods of degraded performance as downtime. For example, if a production update causes page load times to slow significantly for a large number of users for around 30 seconds, it may appear as a two-minute downtime event on the status page.
At the moment, the page shows the overall status of our service and API. If you believe you’re experiencing an issue with a specific area of the platform, please contact us by email so we can investigate further.
